A Lyceum Labs project

Public SEND evidence, organised around a parent’s next conversation.

The SEND School Navigator is an independent companion for families investigating schools and preparing questions. It does not rank schools, diagnose a child, recommend a placement or replace advice.

What the evidence means

We gather public school and government sources, keep their provenance visible and separate source-backed statements from general prompts. Missing or stale evidence is shown as a gap, not turned into a conclusion.

Your private context stays local

The evidence log is stored on your device. Do not enter child names, dates of birth, EHCP content, diagnoses or incident details into server-backed searches or feedback.

Independent by design

Schools cannot pay to improve their position because there is no ranking. Lyceum Labs also works with school teams and publishes research, but the programmes do not share personal data or quietly influence one another’s evidence.

How to read the interface

A source trail

shows where a statement came from and when it was observed.

A visible gap

means the public record is missing, stale or not strong enough.

A human pause

marks a question or judgement the tool cannot responsibly make for you.
